Role: Corporate and Community Partnerships Officer

Salary: £29,000 per annum
Location: Guildford, Surrey

Hours: 37.5 hours per week

You will be responsible for:

  • Identifying, cultivating, and establishing relationships with corporate sponsors and community organisations that align with halow project’s mission.

  • Preparing and presenting partnership proposals. Submitting applications for charity of the year relationships, pitching for strategic partnerships

  • Maintaining ongoing communication with partners to ensure strong, productive relationships and address any concerns.

  • Facilitating collaborative initiatives, events, and programs that promote mutual benefit and community impact.

  • Organising and manage partnership-related events, including meetings, workshops, and community outreach activities.

  • Tracking partnership outcomes and evaluate the effectiveness of collaborations, providing regular reports to stakeholders.

  • Representing the organisation at community events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build connections and promote partnerships.

  • Assisting in the development and management of budgets related to partnership initiatives and events.

  • Working with the Communications and Events Officer to ensure seamless communications of key partnership milestones across our social media platforms. Develop promotional materials and communications that highlight partnership successes and opportunities for engagement.

  • Providing guidance and support to staff and volunteers involved in partnership activities, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives.

Job requirements

  • Demonstrable experience of working in office administration support roles and working to deadlines. 

  • Demonstrable experience of producing documents monitoring, evaluation and producing reports.

  • An understanding of the Fundraising Code of Practise

  • An excellent standard of verbal and written English with an ability to communicate with people of all abilities

  • Confident IT skills, especially in the use of CRM systems.

  • Excellent presentation skills.

  • Aged 18 and above

  • Right to work in the UK 
    Please note we are currently unable to provide visa sponsorship for this role.

  • Willing to undertake a Basic DBS Check. The initial cost of the DBS application will be paid for by halow.
