How we hire
Our hiring process is thorough, to ensure we make the right decision and to help you to decide if we're the right fit for you.
Getting to know you
The first call allows our recruitment to learn about you and your experience to check a potential fit to halow.This is also a chance for you to ask first questions about the role and company.
Face to Face interview
The interview is conducted by two staff, usually the hiring manager and a member of the HR team. The interview takes a deeper dive into your experience and what you could bring to the team. You can expect questions on how knowledgeable you are in the role. (Some roles may also have a written task or observation)
Onboarding
As part of our onboarding process we require suitable references and a Basic/Enhanced DBS check to be completed and self disclosures to be made for these checks.
